壓片機(jī)的沖頭的潔凈與保養(yǎng)：

1、可以用銅絲刷拋去沖頭上的粘附物后，再用絨布粘少許研磨膏打光片形面。不要用鋼絲刷拋，否則很容易劃傷片形表面。

2、若粘附物很硬不好直接去除時(shí)，可將沖頭浸泡在熱水中數(shù)分鐘后，即可容易去掉粘附物，并及時(shí)擦干水分防銹。

3、用戶處若無(wú)車床時(shí)，好從市場(chǎng)上購(gòu)置沖模拋光機(jī)進(jìn)行，價(jià)格也不貴。

4、另外、也要從藥料方面分析一下原因，脫模劑（潤(rùn)滑劑）是否加的少，可以適量（5-10%）加些硬質(zhì)酸鎂潤(rùn)滑劑。
